Offers, purchases and access

The applicable offer and checkout define what you are purchasing, including deliverables, access or service duration, prices and any recurring billing if offered. Review those details before purchasing. We do not define additional lifetime-access or subscription-cancellation conditions here.

Skool currently handles community payments. Its relevant platform and checkout terms also apply. Existing community billing does not automatically migrate to a different payment provider. The Prompt Society VIP has not launched, and Stripe website checkout is planned but not active.

Done-for-you services are covered only if offered; the specific offer sets out the agreed work and terms. This page does not create an available service or impose a new custom-service refund policy.

Digital products and final sales

All digital product sales, including courses and downloads, are final, except for refunds or other remedies required by law.

This policy does not waive statutory remedies for defective or non-delivered products, applicable withdrawal rights or any other mandatory consumer rights. Merely viewing these terms does not waive a withdrawal right. Where the law requires a refund or another remedy, that law applies.

Booked 30-minute calls

A booked 30-minute call may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Email info@jointhepromptsociety.com for booking changes.

There are no refunds for customer cancellations or no-shows, subject to mandatory law. This rule concerns customer cancellations and no-shows, not our failure to provide the booked call; it does not remove remedies required by law for provider nonperformance.

Affiliate shopping links

Some shopping links are affiliate links, and The Prompt Society may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. ShopMy and the destination retailers operate their own services. Retailers handle their own orders, delivery, cancellations, refunds and returns under their policies and applicable law.

Our digital-product final-sale policy does not apply to purchases made from those retailers.

Course eligibility and supplied materials

The Adult Content Course is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. This restriction applies to that course, not to every offer on the website.

You must have the rights or permission to use images and other materials you supply, including for any services offered, and follow applicable platform rules.

AI tools, results and earnings

Education, prompts and guidance do not guarantee particular AI results or earnings. AI outputs may be inaccurate or vary by tool; check them before use. Access to third-party image, video and other tools follows their own terms and pricing.

The Twin Plug

The Twin Plug provides copy-and-paste prompt-only guidance for AI twins, character reference sheets, outfit mockups and talking GRWM try-on video direction. It does not itself generate images or videos; generation takes place in third-party tools.

Public release is in preparation. Standalone access is unavailable and no standalone sale is active. These terms do not promise current access as a membership entitlement. Publication of this website does not mean the plugin has been approved for public release.

ChatGPT and other generation tools have their own terms, policies and pricing. Generated results, earnings, exclusivity and unlimited service are not promised.
