Information you supply and how we use it

Where you supply them, we use your name, email address and phone number, together with purchase, booking and account or community-access records needed to handle your purchases, access and support requests. If VIP or done-for-you services become available, information you supply for those offers is used for those same purposes.

We use this information only for purchases, access and support—not for promotional emails or texts.

Support form and email contact

The Support form asks for your name, email address, topic, subject and message. If you attempt to submit it, those fields are sent to the website for validation. Form sending is temporarily unavailable: the current submission handler returns an unavailable response and does not deliver or save your message as a support request.

For support, booking changes or purchase and access issues, email info@jointhepromptsociety.com. When you email us, you voluntarily share the information included in your message; we use it to handle your request. Please do not include passwords, payment card data or other sensitive information.

Website hosting and technical data

Website requests pass through our hosting and delivery providers. Depending on their configuration, those providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, protect it and diagnose faults. Their handling of this information is subject to their relevant policies.

The website includes technical error reporting that can record error messages, stack traces and the affected page path. In the Lovable editor preview, available platform reporting tools can receive these diagnostics. Diagnostic information is used to troubleshoot site errors.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and images may be delivered from external asset hosts; your browser connects to those services to load them. Those providers receive the technical information accompanying those requests under their own policies. Cookies and similar technologies may be used by hosting or external services according to their settings and policies; this notice does not claim the site is cookie-free or that technical processing never occurs.

Payments, shopping and external services

Skool currently handles community access and payments under its own policies. VIP is not active. Stripe is planned for future website checkout and is not active here; this website does not currently collect payment card details. Any future Stripe checkout would involve Stripe’s own data handling and policies.

ShopMy and affiliate retailers handle their respective shopping services, orders and information under their own policies. Following an external shopping or social-profile link takes you to the destination service, whose privacy and cookie policies apply.

The Creations gallery currently uses thumbnail links to Instagram Reels, not embedded players. Opening a Reel connects your browser to Instagram, where Instagram’s privacy and cookie policies apply. If Instagram content is embedded in future, loading or interacting with it would also connect your browser to Instagram.

The Twin Plug and ChatGPT

The Twin Plug has no publisher-operated server that receives your ChatGPT conversations or uploads. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI’s policies.

The Twin Plug provides prompt-only guidance; public release is in preparation and standalone access is unavailable. OpenAI and other image or video tools handle information supplied to them under their own policies. We do not make promises about their processing, retention or training practices.

Retention and your information requests

We retain relevant records while your account or membership is active and as needed to handle purchases, access and support. Limited records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or ask about this notice, email info@jointhepromptsociety.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Information held by external services is handled under their own policies and request processes.
